The year is 2002.
In a living room in Oldham (the cold bit near the hills of Greater Manchester) a 21 year old man lies on the sofa bored with the current state of music.
There is no one screaming out for attention.
No one saying 'follow me'.
Then when switching on MTV2 which was a very welcome addition to the array of channels sky digital provided, the above video came on.
It all changed and for the next year I played there debut album non-stop.
This week I bought their latest effort.
Im getting those same feelings again, its THAT good.

I dunno, I just find most of them quite catty, bitchy and put up too many barriers.
I really like the cooper temple clause. haven't seen that vid in quite a while, it bought back some nice memories.
