We did closing arguments on Thursday and the jury came back with a defense verdict Friday afternoon. So I won. It was a long 6 week plus haul but it's over and we won. Now, as the song goes, " back to life back to reality. "

So I'm back in Boston (again) and I'm not too pleased to be here (again). The trial starts up again Tuesday and if I'm wrong and there is a God it will end Thursday. I'll have a real update when this Mass cloud passes.

I have come to hate being in Boston. No offense Massholes, but 5 weeks is too long and there is no end in site. All of the court officers in 3 Center Plaza know who I am. This is not a good thing and I believe there's at least 2 weeks left.

I am stuck in Boston and am starting to think that I will ever leave. Five weeks so far and at least three more to go. My vacation to London next Wednesday? It's off. So I'm not in a good mood. Not. At. All.
