I woke up this morning still stressed out, so I decided that the thing to do was to put on the IPod and go for a run. Apparently I was far more stressed than I thought because I ran a total of 12.8 miles along the lake. From this experience the following was learned:
1) I won't drop dead of a massive coronary if I run 12.8 miles;
2) The Butthole Surfers are excellent theme music for exercise, I sure that's how big G intended it;
3) Endorphines do not = good drugs (although I learned that long ago, I was reminded again today);
4) I had the same problems after the run that I did before it, I was just far sweatier.
So now I am in the office and am trying (again) to get current on time and expenses because I am woefully behind(again). If anyone is around Chicago and wants to grab a few drinks Friday or Saturday give me a call, I'll be around.
Cat and Aaron update: There was a procedure performed yesterday in Boston that went relatively well. Aaron is up and about and feeling better than could be expected. They will get results from that procedure next week and any treatment plan will follow thereafter. They again told me to thank all of you for your support.
