I got back to Chicago a couple of hours ago, and I must say that the holiday trip to Detroit was relatively harmless. The family was pretty tame (I believe that it's because some of the siblings have reproduced and now we try to behave) and my Dad was only critical 90% of the time.
The show was a mixed success. I played 4 songs solo, two new ones and two old ones. A full on Head reunion was not possible, so I played 4 more songs with one of the guys and called it a night. It felt great to be up there, especially playing the new stuff, and it was fun to play with Eric again in front of people. But it did remind me that I don't do this any more and that did make me think of why. Oh well, the dead are still dead and the living are still trying to live.
What the future holds, I don't know. But it did feel great to stand in front of people and play them some new songs, and no one threw anything at me.....

you must be thinking of another place, I really hope you can figure it out though because ANY place that will do the surgery for cheap/free I NEED TO KNOW ABT!!!
