The continuing saga of wanker landlords:
I failed to pay my rent on the 31st. For valid reasons. I was not there at all to pay it. I even called and explained this to my landlord who accepted this and advised he would leave instructions for when he would collect the payment again. A note was left with a date on it for when he would pick the rent up. I read it as 8/1. But according to the call i got today it was the 3rd. Is it my fault his writing is so appalling i thought the note said 8/1 as opposed to 3/1? Is it fuck. Did i deserve the nasty voice mail left for me stating that he thought i was wasting his time and mucking around and threatening to kick me out because of my appaling behaviour. Did i fuck.
Furthermore, i am being charged extra because he now has to come out to collect my rent again. I dont see why i fucking should because he wants to be a tax dodging old cunt and not allow myself and my flatmates to pay the rent straight into a bank account and avoid all this hassle and these "service charges" for late pay.
Fuck it. I have decided this will be the last month of rent he gets from me. As of now i am officially flat hunting.

On the upside i am single again. This would be good, because i realised the irish girl i was seeing was doing nothing more than pissnig me off with her attitude and her demands and her unhappiness because all her previous boyfriends bought her everything she wanted.

All true, yes. It will, however, be useless on those special Ikea trips! Add to that, it is still registered in Germany, and would be much easier to sell to one of the lads over there rather than go through the whole export/ import paperwork, it's still not totally done for the pick up!!!
