Busybusybusybusy.

And it's only a week and a half to christmas!! I'm not gonna make it.

Rotten Christmas. How unfestive of me.

I like Christmas really. But there is a certain level of pressure. Gotta get gifts and pay bills. Get the Christmas tree BEFORE the 25th. Put up lights. Wrap. Bake. Clean. *sigh*

And work has gotten all busy-like. And I want to go to the Festival of Lights at VanDusen Gardens. Then there is Yule on the 21st. And my office party. And tree trimmings and all my friends still in university are off now and want to hang out and since they've been sucked into the bottomless pit that is UBC for that last four months, i want to see them too.

So right now I'm painting my fingernails with a head full of hair dye, trying to type while tidying because my friend is coming over to take pictures an my house is a DISASTER.

And the dog is licking my elbow but I can't shoo him because my nails are wet and I don't want to wreck them. EEEEEWWWWW!!!!!

Yeah, well. Now I'm going to go get something to eat. I havnen't done that yet today. I was, in several bouts of silliness, tempted not to eat all week in that I'm a little worried that the camera really does add 10 lbs and I'll look like a behemoth. Occasionally living with a 100lb pixie twig of a roommate gets to you. Don't get me wrong, she's awesome, but she is like a size -3. Yikes. Can't help but feel........big boned somedays.

But hey, I usually take comfort in the fact that I have breasts. Nice ones. Actually. Exceptionally lovely ones. And they're sizable. I actually have to wear bra. Life's small triumphs.

I got new glasses yesterday. THey are sooo cute. I look at librarian-like. And I can see! Wow. Clarity. Then I realised how icky my house was, *sigh*
