i stopped drinking -kinda- for an entire summer and that basically destroyed any tolerance that i once had. however, my endeavours, as of the past 6 months or so, have built it to record highs. therefore, drink solidly - 5 nights a week - for 6 months and you'll be able to drink anyone under the table. except me, of course.

Considering studies have proven then correlation between decriminalization of prostitution and instances of reduced rape, it's a small wonder that the whole world isn't like vegas. Plus when it's legal, girls don't have to rely on pimps for protection, and in so don't fall into abusive/dependant relationships.
