Hey there Everyone!!!!
I'm so excited to have a shot at becoming a Suicide Girl! Thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far!!
I guess I should start with a little bit about myself...
Well I was a military brat as a child (My Pops was in the Air Force for 25 years) and I had the opportunity to move to so many neat places when I was younger. I've loved every place I've ever lived, and been thankful to be able to immerse myself in different cultures. I was born in Okinawa, Japan and spent a total of 6 years there. I also got a chance to live in England, New Mexico, Virginia, and now Texas. I've also had the pleasure of traveling to many other places to visit as well. =)
My father is of Irish, English, and Croatian descent, and my mom is of Filipina and Spanish descent. So I guess you could call me a mutt, but a good looking one!
I've got one sister (almost forgot to mention, she is my identical twin, and she's on SG as well!) and I've got a ten-year younger brother, whom I swear is just about as smart as Einstein! And as talented as Picasso, I'm so proud of him.
I am actually leaving for the Philippines tomorrow morning! And I'll be there for three wonderful weeks with my family visiting some family. I am definitely going to try and jump on here and update everyone on how it's all going, but I'm not entirely sure how often I'll be able to do that....so....don't think I'm ignoring you guys! =) I'll be back in Texas the first week of December, so if I haven't been able to update before then, I will for sure update as soon as I'm back. And...I'm going to have millions of pictures from there to show you all!
I'm currently working in the Construction industry as a project manager for a local subcontractor in town. I know, I know, construction? I've always been one of those girls that has to prove that I can do it too! I worked at a paint store for three years where my current boss found me and offered me a job working for him. I'm not sure where I'll end up working in the end, but I know the only direction I'm going is up! I would say I'm a goal oriented, independent woman. I want to be able to support myself so that I don't have to rely on anyone. When that special someone enters my life, it'll be because I want someone by my side to share my life with, not because I need someone by my side to support me.
Well look at me.... writing on and on, I guess I should save some information and stories for my future blogs! I hope this has allowed you to get to know ME a little better, there is plenty more to come!!!!
