Hiyas, I had a really mellow weekend. I hung out with some friends from Mission Hill Winery on Friday all day and we cooked a 5 course meal for 28 peeps.
It was really fun to cook with Michael and Tim again, I haven't seen them for over a year. SO stuffed and buzzin after too. hehe. oh and omg....
You talking bout the star 2001? I haven't tried many Summerhil wines but Paul says they are much nicer than Missions (he's bias though, he doesn't think much of Michael. ). I like the Cab-Sauv Fam Est 2001 myself. It has a deep rich lasting after taste.
i don't know much about digicams, i tend to shoot with digital slrs, or scan my negs. i would suggest posing your question to the photography sg group, they are an opinionated bunch of digi kids. you're probably going to want to look for a canon though, much better quality than nikon in the digicam area.
MMmmMMM. Mmm, friday friday. I am a cleaninhg machine, I don't think any area I live in will not HAVE to be cleaned, its gonna be a long mornin but I think ima go see Elf with my momz today. That movie looks so silly, hehe.

yknow, the most underated delicacy EVER is raosted tomatoes with salt and pepper. omfg, if you can get an heirloom tomatoe thats orgasmically grown it will have so much flavour and can be done in like 5 mins.
Get some tomatoes, turn on the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Cut you tomatoes like an inch thick, put em on a lightly oiled pan and sprinkle em with S+P. Roast em until they are nice, warm and kinda getting soft. Toss some bread in the oven too and toast it up.
Butter your bread, toss on the tomatoes and MMMMmmmMMM goodness.
I do an appetizer at the restaurant called Insalata Caprese Arrosto con Mozzarella di Buffola sometimes thats made up of tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It flies outta the kitch.
I dl'ed Mirc but alleviaterd my problem by updating javascript. All good now. Yeah I am a NW Calgary type. I am moving in the summer out by Bearspaw. Super far to get downtown but I get a panoramic view of the mountains out my front window so I am happy. Its hella sweet.
I was really interested to chat to some peeps, but since going nito the chat, the window is too small even when maximized, if one misses a sentence and it flys up out of the window its a headache to retreive.
