i don't know why i did this, but i just watched the nick berg execution video. god. it made my blood hurt. i don't even have words.

i realize that i live in an isolated little bubble of pretend-everything-is-okay-in-the-world. i pretty much know that my head is never going to be sawed off my body while i scream on camera. my greatest worry in life is that the metal thingies i make aren't going to look right when i'm done.

ignorance really is bliss. even though that's a mis-quote. i am so happy here with my girl and my little ferret children and my art school and my naked pinup girls site. i need to not forget that, ever again.
