so, for my final project in my foundation studio this semester, it was required that all students make some sort of bullshit about this local river. considering i'm not from this state, i don't really give too much of a damn about said river. i went to visit it and my first impression was that it was dirty. i ended up making a fake jewelry box that from the outside looks like a book entitled "behold! the mighty james river" but on the inside is just a vial of dirty river water in a white padded velvet setting.

everybody else's projects were about how beautiful and nice the river is.

good grade for being different?
