today i went to the opening of the exhibit with my metalwork in it! i looked like this:

i had a lot of fun being creepily voyeuristic, sitting in a corner watching people look at my art and mentally willing them to buy it. i don't know yet if anything sold (though, to be honest, i doubt it) but i saw some people take my card and that makes me happy beyond words.
