Nearly up to 5 weeks off the smokes (again) 
Been here twice before - fell over on this day, on one occasion and lasted it out another week the other time. I feel in my heart that I am good to go this time. I have been off the patches for 2 1/2 - 3 weeks - kept forgetting to put one on
and while occasionally feeling the urge/craving for a smoke - really don't want one.
Hope everyone has a great weekend - I have some painting marathons planned Will post the results (if they come up to scratch).
