I'm back! Vegas was good work and great fun! I made some friends(though not in the biblical sense, alas) drank a lot!!! And, yes, saw at least 1 Elvis walking around... They have Elvis impersonator conventions out there. My hubby and I got married at Graceland chapel and "Elvis" gave me away...good times, good times.
Damn rain. Welcome after this heat wave over the weekend, but too much, too soon. almost 11 inches in 12 hour period. Flooded my "studio" and stuffed up all the canvasses I had prepared and was working on.

Thank you for your words! You re-enforce what I was feeling already...now is not the right time...But in the process of me "doing the right thing...and waiting" I have thrown my husband for a big loop and hurt him deeply I can't really even explain everything to him with out hurting him even more.
He is my mate for life...I do not want a life w/anyone else or a family w/anyone else...I just have issues to get out of my system...and I need things to change in our lives together...I know it will all work out eventually...

Had a great weekend with the kids. They loved the cars at the Motor Show (funny that). Had an OK time at the art Gallery. Trying to understand some of the Modern Art. Hmmmm. I have some trouble calling it art when there are 8 paintbrushes mounted on the wall above eight shovels. Strikes me as decorating at best.
