Still off the smokes. off the patches too. forgot to put one on on Thursday morning - didn't realise till about mid day. Handled it not worries, ditto for Friday and today.
Tar and carbon monoxide free for three weeks and full on nicotine free for 3 days.

Doubt reigns supreme. Went to Chiropractor/Osteopath and he says that GP is full of shit. I don't have arthritis - just normal wear and tear for 44 year old neck.
Looks like I will have to go best of 3! Question is - who do I see for third opinion??

My neck has been out for a week now, and just got word from my GP...I have arthritis in my neck.
He's given me 2 - 5 years to find a less physically demending job or I will have a permanent disability - probably disabling my right arm.
Guess at least I have plenty of warning.

Just about got a dedicated studio area set up and also have an idea for a series that could be exhibited. Just have to run it past some other creative minds to make sure it isn't too sucky

Of course it will. Doesn't it all fall into place every year? The value of said place, though, is determinant on perception I guess. I'm hoping for a 'good' place this time round - 'great' seemed to be a bit of a high gamble last year, I'm gonna ty realistic standards for a change. Aim low and at least you'll reach your goals
