HUZZAH! The celebration was a huge success! A bunch of the bestest friends a guy has came on over and brought me copious amounts of alcohol. We all then of course proceeded to drink ourselves into a state of silly.
At some point the suggestion was made for a NERF gun fight. So of course we all plowed into vehicles and off we went to Wal-Mart. With several guns and extra darts, and a cart load of more alcohol, we made it to the check out line. The weird looks we got from the cashier prompted one of us to shrug and say: "We're going to the zoo." And somehow an entire display stand of large drinking thermos things was knocked over by the ONE person who doesn't drink. Luckily we made it back home without incident or arrest.
The amazing gun war only got better as we got drunker of course. And eventually we couldn't find a vast majority of the darts so we moved inside for drunken Wii games and some Eucre. Hell of a good night I do say. Never been happier to be done with chemo and have some of the best friends ever. Even though I think everyone was trying to get in my sister's pants. I'd say something if she didn't bring it on herself, at that point I just let her deal with the consequences of her actions. Time to start cleaning up I think. My island has been turned into a booze graveyard.
