sleep is the cousin of death...
at least that's what nas says....
god this heat takes the life out of me. between standing in the air conditioning all day and having to expose myself to the heat when i receive the deliveries, i'm toast. but damn if it doesn't feel good to come home, talk to the missus an then nap. of course sleeping through the entire evening and most of the morning (here i am awake at 3 am only to have to "get up" around 5:45) but hey at least maybe i won't have a headache at work tomorrow...that would be a bonus.
i'm a firm believer that lack of slep and dehydration are two of the major reasons that people get sick. so at least i've got a way to conquer at least one of them. of cousre the amount of coffee that i take in doesn't really help on the dehydration aspect but at least i can sleep. being addicted to caffine for as long as i have i can sleep like a baby if i've had enough. hell coffee actually helps me sleep some nights.
so the woman and i are closing in on the time when we are going to be together again. just under four weeks now, and getting shorter everyday.
for those of you who haven't heard (in one shape or another. she coming out here come july and i'm moving out there come september. am i crazy? yes, crazy in love. what can i say. i want to be able to wake with her eveyday....that and struggle to fall asleep do to the fact that we can't keep our hands from each other...
so that's where i'm at this morning. sure as hell beats waking up yesterday to find out that my passanger side window won't go back up, especially because it was raining. thank god it worked when i got out of work....fucking american cars...thank god also that mom and dad are going to pay to get my car worked on. another reason to get a better job when i move to denver! blah....
looks like the columbus blue jackets are becoming the new hartford whalers...
