New Year and New Begining. I have only positive enrgy around me. I am feeling great. I am writing more, talking to friends more, like today I am going to brunch with a couple of friends from California. He was in our wedding.
I woke up this morning and in my e-mail box was a HUGE e-mail from a friend I have know since I was in 6th grade. Just one of those catch you up on my life letters. It was so good to hear from her. Hard to believe her "baby" is turning 13 in February. She is married to the boy that was my senior year boyfriend. I broke up with him in the fall of 86 they got together in the fall of 87.
It snowed a bit last night and we have freezing rain. It is beautiful. Our apartment is cover in a blanket of white. Two days into the new year and the aparment complex looks like a winter wonderland. So peaceful. I can not even begin to tell you how pretty it is.

Just got back from Brunch at Ike's. If you are in the twin cities, I highly reccomend you go (call and make reservations) for their weekend brunches. Amazing. We saw Chris and his girl frien Ju - Ann. She is beautiful and more importantly she loves Chris and he is just over the moon for her. I have not seen him be that sweet and loving before.
I ate way to much but I have some letters I need to write. These are letters that will never be sent. They are more for me to heal. I am happy. Dont get me wrong, my life is getting better and better. But to move forward in any book there are some chapters that you need to close and this is part of it.
My problem is when I get hurt, I try to think of all the things that I did wrong. Sometimes, mean people just suck. It is NOTHING I have done but just something that has happen. I mean take for example my mother. In my heart I will always love her but she and I cannot have a realationship because, she has mental issues which she does not want to address. I have worked so hard to get better, until she gets help she will only hurt me.
I digress... I am off to start writing.
