I was out for a week with the same/similar thing. Lay on your side(either), take the top leg and bring it towards your chest and make it go towards the ground, while taking your chest and going towards your back. Repeat the other side.

The object is to pop your lower back. The lower vertebrae get tight and twist up. By doing this, you straighten them out. I've had this for years, and every few years, I have to do this stretch for a week or two, a few times per day.
