ahhh... woke up at noon today. feels great. it's been a long time since i've had a chance to sleep in. usually i get up with the sun.

i leave for school a week from tuesday. i can't wait. three more days of work left, and a whole lot of packing. i've done everything i wanted to do this summer, for the most part. i saw three concerts, went hiking, hung out with my friends, saw shael a few times. there is one thing that i haven't done. not sure it's going to be possible anymore. still another weekend left though, so maybe.

i'm going to see my grandparents tomorrow. gramma is loading me up with stuff for my new apartment. a george foreman and some other things. she also knit me a sweater for my birthday. the woman is a kniting machine.
