It's been a while 
So, I'm back from the USA, with many stories to tell and many pictures to post.
How are you guys? What have I missed around here? I haven't so much as logged on to the front page in over a month - lookin at porn is a little hard when you're in a coffee shop or hotel lobby! Have I missed any great sets? Does anyone have any news? Do let me know!
I have some very exciting news to tell. I'll put it in bulletpoints now and update properly, with pictures, some other time when I'm not quite so busy.
So here we go:
- Had the most amazing time in America. Saw much, did much, many lovely memories, took over 2000 photos.
- Jim came out to Vegas to spend 5 days with me - and proposed
- I'm moving from London to Leicester in September, possibly the scariest thing I have done in a while - leaving my friends, family and everything familiar....but I'm also the most excited I've ever been about anything
- Getting married in 2009! Eep!
I've been back less than 48 hours and already life is mad, and I've been running around telling friends and family my news. I'm in Leicester now and back at work (I love how I can take my work with me), as well as trying to go through 2000 photos - getting them all off the cameras in itself is taking forever. I have lots of people to meet while I'm up here as well as much work to do and many things to organise for the future. Its hectic, it's exciting, I couldn't ask for anymore or any less...I'm so happy
However, I did forget to change the voltage back to 240 on my hairdryer this morning and consequently blew it up. Creating an interesting burning smell in your fiancee's house the day after you arrive is probably not the most desirable thing in the world but in my defence I'm so jetlagged that I can barely open my eyes. Can't sleep at night, not letting myself sleep in the day. Eek. Stupid time difference.
