Happy New Year everyone. It took me 3 attempts to spell 'Happy' correctly. I think I am going senile or something.
I was a very old woman this year and stayed in with Sam and our friends Mary & Rich at Sams house in Brighton. We watched Fawlty Towers all evening and then turned on Jools Holland in time for the bells. When it was all over we hung around for a while being old and making tea and things. And then went to bed. It was rather subdued.
But New Years is always an anti-climax isn't it? I spent last year under a stair well in O Neills watching people do Coke all around me. Lovely. I suppose that was 'the year before last' now. *le sigh*

my new years resolution was the give blood, which i did straight away! Might do it again in a few weeks actually!
