As some of you may know, I've been on a diet for nearly 4 weeks now, and it's been a very interesting experience thus far. I've learned a fair bit about myself, particularly in terms of will-power. I am pleased as punch to report that my diet is, in fact, working (despite your barrage of unsupportive comments) and I've already reached my first goal of being able to fit into some clothes that were too tight when I began. I've lost 10 pounds so far. I started working out a little again, too, so I've toned up a bit. I'm guessing none of you care about the details, though. What you really want is photographic proof:

1. No one will ever see me as a big ball of fat. I simply won't let it happen. Just know that by medical standards, I am considered obese.

3. I seriously thought about having groceries delievered so that I wouldn't have to go out, but Trader Joe's doesn't do that.

4. I answer the phone if I know who it is and I feel like talking. Which means almost never.

5. Soynut butter is good, too. But the kind I ate had way too much sugar in it.

6. I have no interest in dating men. Or anyone for that matter. Even so, I'd get lots of wigs and change my hair every day.
