I don't really have time to go into detail right now, but I just wanted to get this down. So. Went to the burlesque last night, as well as the book signing before hand, and the SGNY after-party, and GOOD GOD, did I have a blast! Got to meet all the burlesque girls, (except for Stormy who I already know, and who is always awesome to be around.) And the show itself, fucking ROCKTACULAR. If you haven't gone yet, be sure to go, and stand in the front row. But be prepared to get messy. Whoa.
And I got to meet MISSY!!!!!! It's ridiculous just how much that woman fucking rocks! Oh man. Not at all intimidating, like I expected her to be. Just adorable and sweet and totally down to earth. It was shocking.
Oh, and I AM GOING TO BE A SUICIDEGIRL. JUST YOU WAIT.

I know what you mean about Missy. I always thought of her as an intimidating person. I've never met her but when I saw her on Tough Crowd I thought, "Wow. She sounds so incredibly sweet." I hope I get to meet her someday. I also hope that you do get to be a SG... and me as well... and maybe when they have multiple girl week again we can be in a set. Just a thought.
