Ok, so I haven't been on here in awhile but I've had a good reason. I'm on the verg of going through Divorce and it sucks! I have to deal with a house that I can't sell in it's curent state and break even. I'm still living there with my wife and I can't stand it. I just need to get the fuck out of there. Wish me luck!

Man what a year! I moved out over a year ago and it's been a rocky road. When I left I gave up a 4 bedroom house with an inground pool in a great location. I also said she could have the Jaguar and all I wanted was my jeep. I thought that it would make things easy so she would sign, boy was I wrong. In any case even though I have been through hell I feel great to be comming out the other side. I can always rebuild. Sorry it took me so long to reply, I hadn't been on here in almost a year.
