Dear Sir or Madam,

Please remove me from this program in it's entirety, I would most greatful to have my name permanently rubbed out and stricken from any possibilty of approach. I do not want any members to activate my name, for it is my exclusive wish to terminate this program. Ban me if you must, whatever is required to keep me from returning. Thank you so much for everything, I do love this site, however I can not seem to focus on my school work, or my responsibilities as a father. Let it be known that your sevices have helped me through a very dark time in my life. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
