yah, but it's bad when you've been drinkin almost a case of booze a day since u were 15(since i started in the culinary field) it sucks, like i always get the shits, and now that i haven't drank in three days, i'm starting to fill sick....but so far three days...well 3 and a half i believe, and i've made it through the weekend. i think i just need to slow down for awhile. blah....who knows, oh well...first day of our tentative end of summer tour is august 6th in columbus ohio, so ohio people should come............
but yah i got a new chef coming to work with me tommorrow, and a new one on tuesday, if they can hang for a day we might hire both of them, so less hours for me YAH!!!....hopefully they will be as talanted as the last sous chef we had, who now is running our Raw bar.
