The whole BSE thing freaks me out. Reason being, I only have one real fear, and that is of losing my faculties. I've proven to myself that I can handle just about anything to myown satisfaction, but the loss of control over myself scares me more than anything else. Which brings me back to BSE, in that it's symptoms are very similar to Alzheimer's; so much so that it's thought that several cases were in actuality BSE contracted from infected cows.

So anyway, soy burgers. My gods, soy burgers. Had one last night. A bit bland, but harmless, no? NO. I think I evacuated a kidney earlier today. Not fun. Note to self: Do not eat Trader Joe's soy burgers. Urg.
