1. open picture by clicking it
2. right click picture
3. click on properties
4. highlight address(url) including http
5. right click and choose copy
6.go to page you want to comment on/insert picture
7. select image under insert
8. right click where the http is blue (it must be blue so that it will be replaced by the http from the address you copied) and select paste
8. select ok
9. picture will be inserted
