;How's it going ppls? Not much of a blogger but I have some time to kill before class. I'm so glad that I only have 7 weeks of school left, with two of the best classes to finish. Should go by really quickly. Some updates of the things that have happen since I last posted. I purchsed a few toys:
For starters I got a 1996 Mazda Miata. Got rid of my 2007 Toyota Corolla so that my wife could get her brand new 2013 Mazda 3. This was probably the second SCCA Autocross even I had taken the miata too. i'm sitting right behind my car waiting for the event to start, wife was hiding from the cold inside the car. Here a lil vid for those of you who do not know what auto cross is... http://youtu.be/IEpvJvMiKlQ I have upgraded a few of the car parts so far and I have a long way to go. But next thing for upgrade would be tires, got a set of 15" wheels so just need the tires for when i go to race, have a bit more grip around the corners.
My brother came down a few months ago while he visited did a lot of riding on the bike. Went to the 1/4 mile track and he is much faster than I am, he has a few mods on his bike, and he also weighs less. But, he knows I'm not about the straight line racing. I'm more daring when it comes to taking turns. But it was really nice to have someone to ride with. Also the white car behind my bike is the wives new Mazda. Can't wait till the next time the bro comes down so we can ride together again.
I'm also moving to a new apartment in about 20 days, so glad to finally upgrade and get the fuck out this hell hole im in right now. We will be paying a bit more in rent but it will be a two bed room and two bath. It has a shower and one garden tub!!! The wife is really excited about having the garden tub. The best part is that I get a garage!!!! Finally can work at my won plave instead of having to be at someone elses places doing work on the car. Well those are a few things that have been going on with my life since the last post. There a lot more but those the only ones I wanted to talk about hehe.
I did forget this one, next week is our 4 year anniversary of being married. Doing some shopping tomorrow to see what I get the wife.
