It's Over...
School has closed for this year and we are all officially done and dusted! It's 2pm on Firday afternoon and I'm in the middle of making myself re-heated curry from last night.
There's an uneasy calm about the place - I've been tidying up and getting everything straightened for charlieguru's return from work tonight and Leah's return from my Mum tomorrow.
I'm tired and to be honest, am pretty impressed with my driving skills today - I got boxed in and reversed back out of it - it was tight, but I managed it (reversing on a diagonal and swining her about on different angles!)
I've just seen an advert for the sublime cartoon: Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! It's being shown on Jetix on Fox Kids - result! I guess there are benefits to being a teacher and being off at Xmas!
So, I'm at a loss to know what to do with myself - in the past 3 days I've been to the cinema and seen the dire Polar Express and the sublime The Incredibles Class! I could play some GTA: SA, or some Soul Calibur 2,, or some Pro Evo 4, or some Burnout 3... but I can't be arsed to be honest. I just want my girls back
X-Men's on the telly and my curry's done - time for lunch!
