Did you know that on this day in 1888 Detectives recieved the From Hell Letter from Jack The Ripper?
The text of the letter reads:
From hell
Mr Lusk,
Sor
I send you half the Kidne I took from one women prasarved it for you tother piece I fried and ate it was very nise. I may send you the bloody knif that took it out if you only wate a whil longer

How terrible is THAT grammar? It's said that there were a total of three letters sent to Detectives, but the last was of lowest literacy.
I'm siting here attempting to write an entertaining blog and my daughter is asking to go to the park, with no mind to the weather outside.
Let's just say it's miserable out there, and not even my dog wants to go out there.
My dog is pretty kick ass. He's half red nosed, half blue nosed pitbull, and one of the smartest dogs I have ever met, and I've met many dogs. I grew up on a farm with a lot of animals. At one point we had 8 dogs.
Pret-ty crazy, hmmm?
Anywho. I now have this dog that is very intelligent and cool and laidback, but he has severe seperation anxiety. The one time I've left him a lone he tried to chew his way out of my house to get to me, peed on the floor....it was terrible. Peeing on the floor is a huge deal as he is an eight year old dog whom is completely housetrained.
Tips?
I need them.
So as a Hopeful I recognize how you want some love. Until I become an official SG I'm going to recommend other hopefuls, kind of a pay it forward thing.

I hope the next time you're in town it would include us having a drink or something, and not just you dropping off said bag at my doorstep
Also, I was 16 and it was gross and I was into that stuff.
Anyway, an interesting thing about the supposed bad grammar and spelling of the letter is that some speculate that it's faked - that it's written by someone only pretending to be uneducated. The words "knif" and "whil" are the tip-offs - someone who really didn't know how to spell and was writing based on sound would more likely write "nife" and "wile." What illiterate knows about a silent K?
That's my Ripper Nerd moment for the day.
