We asked gorgeous @drew about her love of anime for National Anime Day!

What's your favorite anime?

"Choosing only one anime is very hard for me, but if i can pick at least three of my favorites there are Death Note, Naruto and Jojo’s Bizzarre Adventures.

Death Note because I love the story, the psychological and thriller ‘’vibes’’. During the years I did Misa Amane’s cosplay several times, this is my last version:

Naruto because I think that teaches you a lot, also the characters are amazing. And Jojo because it’s unique, super funny and entertaining.

What was your first anime and are you still a fan?

"I started watching anime since when I was very young, probably one of the first ones I’ve ever seen are Marmalade Boy, School Rumble, Dragonball and You Gi Oh!

Even if now I have changed my tastes a lot so I'm into different genres, I still like all of them!"

Who are your favorite characters?

"Eren Jeager from Attack on Titan: I really liked the way the character changes during the story and I like the fact that he’s the main character but also became the villain during the events.

Itachi Uchiha from Naruto. I think he is so fascinating, an incredible ninja with plenty of skills and a very brave guy!

Dazai from Bungou Stray Dogs. He is the smartest character i’ve ever seen, a genius we could say! He’s always a step ahead from anybody and he also super funny with a little bit of mistero around him and his persona.

Killua Zoldyck from Hunter x Hunter. He is simply amazing!"

What's your favorite song from an anime?

"I love the first opening of Death Note and Attack on Titan’s last season part 2 opening."

If you could live in any anime world, what world would you choose?

"I would love to live in the Naruto universe. I think it’s one of the reason why i love this anime that much. There are different villages with different cultures and styles, which is cool, also the loyalty and respect that defines a ninja is very well made. It’s like i never really cared about ninjas but Naruto makes want to throw shuriken all day and use my chakra for protecting my village: I think that’s a proof of how much this ‘anime world’ attracts me.
