What inspired you to become a SuicideGirl?
"I always identified with the brand on a personal level. People would always tell me I looked like a SuicideGirl, so I looked it up and I thought it was just the biggest compliment you could receive. I delayed applying for so long because I never thought I could make the cut."
How did you come up with your SG name?
"I initially had a “screen name” type name that included Fox in it. I used a play on words “a Fox‘s den” = Foxden. I like it cause it’s unique and quirky."
How did you start modeling?
"I started really young, my mom booked me an agent. Took a long gap between but when Instagram made a platform that was so accessible to the photography community, I fell in love with being able to express myself creatively to likeminded people."
Who's your favorite member?
"@kingofcool! Always showing love to me and I appreciate that."
Do you have an #SGBestie?
"Ooh! That’s tough. @loveless and @arson are two of my favorite people in the world. I actually met Arson years prior to SG when we worked at the same place. I met Loveless through SG. I feel so blessed to know them."
Tell us some interesting facts about you and what you're passionate about.
"Probably that I beat cancer at 19 years old. Overcoming cancer was huge. I think that really allows me to feel that the sky is limit, going through something that young and coming out happy on the other side.
As for things that I'm passionate about, I really love pole dancing ! I also enjoy refinishing and fixing up or DIY home décor and furniture."
If you had a warning label, what would it say?
"Cranky without food + caffeine."
What would you wish for if a genie granted you 3 wishes?
"Enough money to be financially well off for myself with excess to help others, to be able to teleport anywhere , and for all of my friends and fam to never be depressed or sad again."
What's the BEST gift you've ever received or given?
"My mom bought me a beautiful gold ring with diamond details to symbolize her unconditional love for me. I never take it off."
What's your favorite phrase in another language?
"Que sera sera. Accepting things for how they are is the best way to be happy in love. Work with what you’ve got. I need a reminder that stressing over the past or the future won’t change anything."
