Man, I've been bad about writing lately. I am trying to find a new house and I think I did. The only problem is that it's $500 more per month than I am paying now. That seems like a big jump. I'm only paying $750 now for a 3 bedroom house, but it's a dump. The new house is bigger and really nice. It's also on a huge park, so I could easily take the doggies out there. My gym is also only a block away.
I just don't know if I should bother giving my current landlord any notice. I am not on a lease and he will want to show the house while I still live here. That really bothers me. Besides, he doesn't know that my dogs are inside dogs?.

Good luck with the house search, it's not easy these days. The new house sounds like it'd be more convenient for you....aside the price.
