Snow is great... in a city that can handle it!
I can tell you that Portland can't handle more than 3 inches.
Inadequate plowing, and they don't "believe" in salting roads. "Bad for the
environment"... but I guess all the 1982 pickup trucks and hoopties running around with
no emissions tests, poisoning me to death, are FINNNE for the environment.
