i feel like someone shot me in the face.

have you all ever had news that just takes the breath right out of you? like you're hearing it, and your heart starts racing, and pretty soon its pounding in your ears and your mind is racing...just trying to hang on to what the other person is saying....but you cant because all of a sudden you cant breathe....and you end up throwing up because you dont know what else to do???

its been one of THOSE days.

the good news is that this news i got has nothing to do with my health.

the bad news is that it has to do with someone i love and care about very much.

i will probably talk about it more in days to come...for now i just wanna be alone and process it all.
