I can tell you that Portland can't handle more than 3 inches.
Inadequate plowing, and they don't "believe" in salting roads. "Bad for the

Well...tonight was scrubs.

we got dumped on with snow...

my uncle is in the hospital, and one of the family dogs had a seizure...

I'm in pain

My life just changed FOREVER today.

My heart is completely shattered.
