The longest day of my life...
Went to see Modest Mouse Monday night. Got in free cos I got connections. The show was awesome. Met a cool chick with an awesome little mohawk. She and I fought through the entire crowd all the way to the front rail. Of course it was hott and crowded (body to body). toughed it out for about 4 songs before retreating to the safety and comfort of the sound booth... like I said.. I got connections. Went to a party at some random house, met up with my Stillwater girls and proceeded to do what I do best... party. I totally disregarded the fact that I had to work at 8am and that I was
1hr 30minutes from home(the show was in Tulsa). I made out with a chick whom I met in New York and is friends with the cool little mohawk girl. Weird how things work like that. Ended up wearing the girl's pink fuzzy leopard coat (which was much too small) without a shirt. I love to showoff at parties... which usually entails an attempt to embarass myself. Finally decided it was time to go. The girl I made out rode home with me. I had to run the toll cos I didn't have enough cash to pay it. Got home at 5:20 am, dropped off the girl, and came home. I took 2 no-doz, but still fell asleep on the couch... with my cell phone strategically placed on my face with the alarm set for 7am. Got about an hour of sleep, woke at seven, changed clothes and went to work. I took 2 more no-doz and spent the next hour and a half trying not to have a panic attack. I felt like shit the whole day and kept dozing off. Ate my soup in the bathroom cos I was afraid I was gonna throw up. Finally got off around 5pm, proceeded to come home, eat and sleep from 5:30pm until 10:30pm. Got online for a couple of hours and then went back to sleep. So I got like one hour of sleep in a span of 32 hours ( I had gotten up at 7am Monday and worked 8 - 2:30) Yeah... Tuesday was my second day of my new job and I showed up unshowered, hung over, and half dead.
So...I have declared the previous as the LONGEST.DAY.EVER.
I can't beleive I made it. Thank God I did.
Well... you all have a wonderful evening.
Until then... Au Revoir.

I'm suprised their live shows do so well. I didn't think they were that big but apparently they sell out all the time
