Saturday is a trip to Berkeley. I've never been and always wanted to go, but I'm not 100% clear why.
One of our cats has taken lately to wandering to a corner, staring intently at nothing, and just howling. This happens for about 30-45 seconds, and then stops. The cat is roughly 17 years old (shelter cat, fully grown when I got her, been with me since 1994). I'm worried that her little kitty brain is rotting. Also, the vet told me that her permanent cold is probably related to kitty herpes. Gross.
