So, just today, I've had 2 job offers. Both with companies I want to work for. One is an established company with a role similar to the stuff in my old job that I liked. Another is with a bona-fide Silicon Valley startup. The first one is ~23 miles from my house, the other is ~42. Both take at least 2 hours to commute each way via public transportation, but the drives are, naturally, quite different.

Now, the question is... how do I decide?
