Of the more random occurrences in my life, tonight was amongst the top.
I was dead-set on getting a veggie burger with some peanut butter on top of it tonight at Lindy's (Tucsonans, if you've never been there, now is the time to go). Unfortunately, one of my least favorite shows on the Travel Channel, Man vs. Food, was AT FREAKING LINDY'S. And Tucsonans, being what we are, gathered in a ginormous crowd to gawk and observe. Dude was there for like 4 hours. Instead, I went to Maya Quetzal and got some spinach tortolitas and specialty rice, and then went to the Surly Wench for beers. Great night, just oddly had my heart set on my PB-burger. Maybe Monday....
