Some of you may feel hopeless or overwhelmed. Life, or memories may be suffocating and pushing you into a corner. You may feel alone or abandoned. I’ve been there. Many of us have, and believe me, you are not alone. We want to help. Most people will offer a hand if you reach out. Don’t let your dark shadow isolate you and crush you. Not only do you have people that care, but you pass on the pain to them if you give up. We feel your lose.

@brubs you shouldn't put yourself down girl! I think your story whilst personal is important to share. I know some of what you have been through and it made us closer. As we have a lot in common good and bad. More people should open up because it can help others. Though it is an incredibly scary but brave thing to do. Thanks to guys like @inkedodie and @adam_bovary SG is a safe place to do so
