On August 2nd- Capitol One withdrew over 800 dollars from our bank account, paying off the entire balance on the credit card. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS!!! NOT AT FUCKING ALL!!! I AUTHORIZED A PAYMENT OF $25.00!!! WHAT THE HOLY FUCK??? I filed dispute paperwork with the bank and the teller assured me the funds would be back in our account by 9am on Wednesday. Well- that's swell considering we have a negative balance on the account right now...
The nice teller also assured me that since I was filing a dispute, they would be reversing any and all fees charged to the account. I am so blindingly pissed off I cannot stop shaking. This is fucking insane!!! Completely, totally fucking insane!!! Who in the fuck do they think they are trying to pull off that kinda shit??? I double and triple check what amount is coming out before I authorize a payment to them and this is what fucking happens????

Holy shit!!!!!!! Id be just as pissed. hopefully everything goes back to where it was.....but that wont change the stress your under now. That really fucking sucks.

The issue has been solved by my lovely calm mannered husband. They tried telling him we asked permission to pay the account in full--- Ummmm, NO!! So not only are they paying us back the full amount they stole from us- they are also going to cover and payback any fees incurred on our account. Now that's awesome!
