With the presents wrapped and under the tree,
After dishes were done-
I was scrubbing the sink.
Thats when it hit me-
That one Christmas wish.
It wasnt on my list.
For it cannot be bought.
No ribbon, no tinsel, not even a bow-
This wish is impossible,
Out of stock and out of time.
This Christmas wish could never be...

I'll go backwards here- the Daring part of the title today. Julian Assange turned himself in in the UK yesterday to face charges stemming from sexual assaults in Sweden. After god knows how many countries issued warrants for his arrest (or their equivalent) plus a warrant issued by Interpol... Hmmm... I'm conflicted here. Assange, in my humble opinion, is a frickin' genius....

Little Lady, I Ain't....
I work for a mechanic shop. This is a field of men, mostly men are mechanics. I am the shuttle driver, the ambulance pick-up girl, and the parts gopher... So therefore most days I do parts pick-ups at the small town next door's automotive supply store. I had to go there today.

Captian Jackass!!!!
Hubby and I went to Walmart yesterday afternoon to pick up a few things forgotten from the trip on Saturday with our nephew. I'll do a little aside rant here: if going out and/or doing things at home is SOOOOOO WRRROOONNNGGG to do on Easter Sunday then why oh why are stores open? I washed all our laundry Saturday...
