Tomorrow night (or, technically, tonight, since I suppose it is now Saturday morning), I'm going to a birthday party for a girl I've had a "thing" for pretty much since I met her. It's always been a kind of back burner thing, because I've been involved with other people, or been in "a weird place at the moment."

Now, I'm in a good place, and I'm totally ready to try and make something happen with her. Tomorrow, I will be Mr. Flirt (which basically means that I'm going to pull her hair and run away). She will probably be pretty drunk by the end of the night, and I'm too nice to take advantage of that (unless she comes onto me, then I'm totally cool with it), but I will possibly use that opportunity to plant seeds in her head about me. And then, next week, I will make some sort of feeble attempt at asking her out.

It will be a miserable failure, but it will be awesome.
