i bought heated grips for my motorcycle for my birthday. damn what a difference they make. now, even though its a hell of a lot of money, is this:

getting tired of spending money on less than stellar rain gear. certainly learned that with riding gear you get what you pay for. just as well go all in with a product that's, if nothing else, extraordinarily well reviewed. riding year round in Portland, i'm happy to spend money on something that actually will keep my ass dry, and is easy to get in and out of. right now its like a 20 minute process with regular clothes, a layer or two for warmth, and then waterproof gear. fuck that.

a little bit more active on the site lately, if you can count posting on the silliness board as active. see how long it lasts i guess.

but yeah. drinking tonight, i have to run out for a drug screening tomorrow, and then work on monday. sad in a way to see my free time come to an end, but im ready to be doing something again. ive been drinking a lot lately out of shear boredom
