Settling The Foundation
The first brick sets the pace for the rest of the building to follow. It's been a few months since they first broke ground but it's coming along at an alarming speed. Still fresh this ground has seen its fair share of accidents. Last week one of the workers fell from one the 22nd floor. It was as if some one had pushed him. No one around here believes in ghost or unstable ground. They only believe in carelessness and accidents. Mistakes happen all the time and some times they take their toll on the unsuspecting. You wake up one morning feeling a little off and the next thing you know your on your back in the same ground you've been building on.
"Frank! Move it a little closer left"
"Okay boss!"
Frank has been on the project for only a few weeks but has already made a name for himself as one of the best workers on the project. Him and his family have just moved into the city looking for bigger and brighter dreams, but with all the lights of the never sleeping city some times they don't show.
