I went for a walk tonight now that the nights are getting cooler

It was so weird me and my best friend used to walk and talk about everything going on at lest twice a week or so if not every night. Now I am doing it alone and like the feelings are still left in the atmosphere and its hard not to miss the past.

We used to just dirve to the middle of no where and explore new places.

We used to go downtown so we could go to the top of the Hyatt just to ride the elevator up and down. We would take our cameras and we'd shoot album artwork and just let our imaginations go wild. Many songs have come out of our adventures. Fact is I have a whole album some where of lyrics based on the tales we could tale.

If things dont start turning around for me socially, Christmas is going to be a hard time for me to get through. I have no one to exchange gifts with, no special person to go searching for the perfect gift for. Me and my old group of friends almost would compete for the best gift. lol though we all knew that the gifts were not the essence it was still amazing how will they would be able to pin point your wishes and represent their friendship with the right thing. Wed have these anual Christmas parties where we would play as whatever band we were at the time.

Its just going to be tough for me these year. I never had a Christmas where I was with some one, heck I dont even remember the last time I was with a girl let alone being with one for the holidays.
