I did manage to decode and transfer things from my notebook over to my computer. i dont know what it is but I still like writing manually, but for me to edit it or send it to people I need to put it on the computer so I always end up writing it twice.
I will probaby upload the other part of it later today
I actually have a lot of new stuff for my various concept albums and stories that I didnt realize I had. I was under the impression I was at a stand still and none of the fans were going to ever see much more from the bands.
I was working on what is the first in a four part series The English Flame and I realized I was pretty much writing a romantce movie with a touch of drama here and there. The prose from the the last entry is the set up to the story. The first scene as you will, when I write I tend to have in mind various mediums, cause I write it knowing I want it to be a concept album some day so I write my lines like I would lyrics, I have always been big on imagery and word play and and alliteration. When i write parts of the story its never like this happens and this happens next, I write them scene by scene, I know I need this to happen so I will write about this moment then when I have all the moments of the story I will tie them together. I try to write my dialouge with beats in mind, pauses and how they would be said if it was done in a movie, that way if some one ever deemed it reality they can modify well into a screen play.
lol I am pretty much writing in here now to document my writing experience for some day I can look back.
When I get my driving privliages back in October I am sure this will be more interesting for people to read.
Below is a very short scene between Edmund (Boxer) and Natasha (Nurse)

"I brought you some books to read" she sets them on the table next to Edmund's bed knowing within her she can feel the faint feeling of attraction fluttering about inside.
"Why dont you pull up a chair for a moment"
"Id love too, really I would, but i have to get back to work...you understand"
"Your loss" he says with a smile, knowing she will catch it and carry it with her through out her day.

Dialouge is not my strong suiet, well at this point I am weak in too many areas to name, but I hope the dialouge comes off natural and realistic. Its tough not being cliche but I home to overcome it some how. As far as character types they contrast each other, He is sort of big and muscular and she is petite and soft, but there is this chemisty, and I think she enjoys on some level taking care of him and being there for him. Its going to sound like an odd choice but if I was to cast the character of Edmund id choose, *thinks of the actors name* the guy who plays Joe on Family Guy, he is sort of like self assured, strong type slightly cocky lol and now that I think of him, he's all I gave think of for this character.
But I shall stop ranting and go and finish Rent

Best way to write dialogue is to talk to yourself, in the voice of your characters. Sure you sound like a lunatic if anyone overhears you, but no great writer wasn't at least half crazy.
